Liberty Baptist Academy is a member of the NIAA. The Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association (NIAA) is a non-profit organization of secondary schools in Nevada. In essence, the NIAA is the governing body of high school athletics and activities in the Silver State as recognized by the Nevada state legislature.
School administrators established the League in order to develop and enforce high school athletic welfare and safety standards, eligibility and amateurism policies, and ethical conduct and behavior policies that would compliment the academic work of students. The NIAA ensures that Nevada’s student-athletes engage in pure competition under uniform regulations.

“We believe our program helps develop strong Christian character in an intense, competitive atmosphere.”
Liberty Baptist Academy is a member of the Southwest Independent Athletic Championship (SWIAC). This non-profit association was created for smaller high schools starting their sports program.
SWIAC member schools have the opportunity to play any school they choose without it interfering with their independent league status.
This is a fun competitive league which holds safety and a positive athletic environment to the highest standard. The SWIAC promotes the spirit of good sportsmanship for all its schools’ coaches, players, and fans.
